NAR offers 17 professional Designations and 15 certification programs to supercharge your real estate expertise. Coming in April:

Earn the NAR Green Designation | April 5, 6 | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | 16 hrs CECs | FREE to CCAR members (a $295 value). Consumer demand for high performance homes is increasing rapidly. This course/designation enables agents to learn about energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate.

The 2-day course will help you help homeowners improve their homes’ performance— from low-cost fixes and DIY projects, to retrofitting and replacing systems, to big budget remodeling projects and new constructions.

HARASSMENT PREVENTION

If you employ 5 or more employees (including temp/seasonal workers) you are legally obligated to complete supervisory sexual harassment training AND provide access to sexual harassment training for all those who work for you.

Employees must also complete 1 hr of sexual harassment training every 2 years.

Search by Category

Start on CCAR HOME at ccartoday.com, then click any of the tabs at the top of the page to go directly to your preferred area of interest.
Each major subject, or benefit/service area is represented as a header tab (e.g., RESOURCES & SERVICES, MLS RESOURCES & INFORMATION, EDUCATION, COMMUNITY SERVICE, GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS, PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, ABOUT CCAR) and can be hovered-over to reveal sub-categories designed to address your every need.
If you want to find everything offered by the CCAR Education Department, select/hover-over “EDUCATION” tab and scroll down and click on your desired resource.

Search by Keyword(s)

Every subject, every benefit, every service, every product, every minor nugget of information you need to know about your CCAR membership can be found with a simple keyword search on ccartoday.com.
Start at the very top of the CCAR HOME page and look for the MAGNIFYING GLASS icon on the top far right.
When you click on the icon, you will be directed to a SEARCH box where you can type in any word or phrase and you will be able to view a drop-down menu of possible options/links;
Keep scrolling till you find a match, or simply enter a new search term to begin again.
