Howard will discuss earthquake preparedness, the Hayward Fault, and how retrofitting can help protect homes. With 157 years since the last major quake and an estimated 12% of homes at risk of becoming uninhabitable, this is an important conversation for homeowners and real estate professionals alike.

Voting for the 2027 CCAR Board of Directors begins June 15, 2026, and we want YOU to help shape the future of our Association.
There’s still time to get on the ballot. Under CCAR Bylaws, Article X, Section 7(b), additional candidates may be nominated by petition signed by at least 50 eligible CCAR REALTOR® members.
