NAR offers 17 professional Designations and 15 certification programs to supercharge your real estate expertise. Coming in April:

Earn the NAR Green Designation  |  April 5, 6  |  9:00 am – 5:00 pm  | 16 hrs CECs  |  FREE to CCAR members (a $295 value). Consumer demand for high performance homes is increasing rapidly. This course/designation enables agents to learn about energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate.

The 2-day course will help you help homeowners improve  their homes’ performance— from low-cost fixes and DIY projects, to retrofitting and replacing systems, to big budget remodeling projects and new constructions.

If you employ 5 or more employees (including temp/seasonal workers) you are legally obligated to complete supervisory sexual harassment training AND provide access to sexual harassment training for all those who work for you. 

Employees must also complete 1 hr of sexual harassment training every 2 years.

Select from a variety of license renewal course options. All 45-hour CEC license renewal options satisfy NAR ethics training requirements.
