Meet the Candidates Forum – Tomorrow
CCAR invites all voting-eligible members to attend the upcoming Meet the Candidates Forum tomorrow, June 3, from 1:00 to 2:15pm via Zoom.
This virtual event offers members an important opportunity to hear directly from the candidates running for the 2027 CCAR Board of Directors. During the forum, candidates will share more about their backgrounds, priorities, and goals for the organization, giving members valuable insight before casting their vote.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about each candidate’s vision for CCAR’s future. Whether you are a longtime member or newly engaged in Association leadership, your participation helps strengthen an informed, transparent, and engaged election process.
CCAR encourages all eligible members to take part in this important conversation and play an active role in shaping the future of the Association. We look forward to a productive discussion and hope to see you there.
West County Marketing Meeting – June 4
Join us for the West County Marketing Meeting this Thu, June 4, from 8:45 -10:00am at 500 Alfred Nobel Drive, Suite 265, Hercules. Featured speaker Vince Robb, Assistant Assessor for Contra Costa County, will give a helpful overview of the Assessor’s Office, including key services, exemptions, and exclusions. He’ll also discuss Proposition 19 and explain how it may affect homeowners, buyers, sellers, and families transferring property between generations.

Beginning June 17, 2026, CCAR members will receive a complimentary upgrade to a new, next-level Supra eKEY app experience.
This enhanced service level has been negotiated by CCAR on behalf of our members, giving you access to new features at no additional cost. Your key will update automatically on June 17, and no action is needed on your end.
Upcoming MLS Change:
CDOM Relocation to History Tab
Effective July 6, 2026, the Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) count will move from MLS reports to the History tab.
This change is intended to keep the listing’s current Days on Market (DOM) count prominently displayed within the MLS report, while encouraging subscribers to reference the History tab for additional listing context.
The History tab provides a more complete view of the property and listing lifecycle, including prior listing activity that may affect the CDOM count. Moving CDOM to the History tab allows subscribers to view the supporting details and better understand why the CDOM and DOM counts may differ.
The History tab can be found below the listing photos on the MLS report, represented as an ‘H’ icon.
