Get to Know the Candidates Running for the
2027 CCAR Board of Directors!

The CCAR Board of Directors election is right around the corner. This is your opportunity to meet the candidates, learn more about their vision for CCAR, and take part in shaping the future of our organization.

This year’s election will determine CCAR’s 2027 President-Elect and Treasurer, fill four Director-at-Large positions, and include a vote on the proposed amendment to Article X, Section 7(a) of the Bylaws. To ensure the election is valid, at least 15% of CCAR’s total REALTOR® membership, based on the May 15 record date, must participate.

Take a few minutes to review the candidate statements, get to know the members stepping up to serve, and cast your vote when the election opens on June 15.

Voting for the 2027 CCAR Board of Directors begins June 15, 2026, and we want YOU to help shape the future of our Association.

There’s still time to get on the ballot. Under CCAR Bylaws, Article X, Section 7(b), additional candidates may be nominated by petition signed by at least 50 eligible CCAR REALTOR® members.

Security Alert: DRE Warns of Scammers Impersonating Real Estate Agents

The California Department of Real Estate is warning consumers and licensees about scammers using the names, license numbers, photos, and other information of legitimate real estate professionals to create fake social media accounts, websites, email addresses, and online listings. These impersonators may attempt to conduct illegal real estate activity, including home buying or property management scams. DRE encourages consumers to verify an agent’s license and contact information through official sources, and reminds everyone that requests for advance fees, cash payments, or wire transfers can be warning signs of fraud.
