Voting Opens: Monday, June 15 at 9:00am
– Unique voting links will be emailed and texted from ElectionBuddy.
Voting Closes: Monday, June 22 at 9:00am
To make this election official, CCAR must reach a 15% quorum, which means at least 521 REALTOR® members need to cast their vote. Please take a few minutes to participate and make your voice heard. Every vote helps us reach quorum and ensures our members have a say in CCAR’s leadership and future.

June 2 Primary Election: Candidates, Measures & Voting Resources
The June 2, 2026 Primary Election is an important opportunity for you to help shape representation and policy at the federal, state, county, and local levels. Contra Costa residents have already received ballots by mail. If you have not received yours, go to Where’s My Ballot? or click here to find your polling place. To help members and residents prepare, CCAR has created a nonpartisan election guide with essential voting information, context on key contests and ballot measures, and links to official resources.
Whether voting by mail, returning a ballot in person, or heading to the polls on Election Day, this guide is designed to make it easier to understand what’s on the ballot and participate with confidence.

Beginning June 17, 2026, CCAR members will receive a complimentary upgrade to a new, next-level Supra eKEY app experience.
This enhanced service level has been negotiated by CCAR on behalf of our members, giving you access to new features at no additional cost. Your key will update automatically on June 17, and no action is needed on your end.
Upcoming MLS Change:
CDOM Relocation to History Tab
Effective July 6, 2026, the Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) count will move from MLS reports to the History tab.
This change is intended to keep the listing’s current Days on Market (DOM) count prominently displayed within the MLS report, while encouraging subscribers to reference the History tab for additional listing context.
The History tab provides a more complete view of the property and listing lifecycle, including prior listing activity that may affect the CDOM count. Moving CDOM to the History tab allows subscribers to view the supporting details and better understand why the CDOM and DOM counts may differ.
The History tab can be found below the listing photos on the MLS report, represented as an ‘H’ icon.
