To prepare members for the business practice changes that will take effect August 17, as a result of the proposed NAR settlement, C.A.R. is issuing various new fact sheets and articles. The latest one is about the BRBC and the scope of an agent’s representation of a buyer. Why is this important? Because, among other things, the scope of representation can affect your right to compensation.
