The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has introduced a new MLS policy—Multiple Listing Options for Sellers—designed to expand seller choice and enhance access to property information across the board. This policy complements the existing Clear Cooperation Policy and other MLS regulations, ensuring sellers and their agents have more flexibility in how listings are marketed, while maintaining a level playing field for buyers and their representatives.
One key component of the policy is Delayed Marketing, and we want your feedback about it. Your input is crucial to understanding how this policy affects your business and the industry at large.
