21st Century ROAD to Housing Act Becomes Law
The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became law on July 11 without the president’s signature, following overwhelming approval in both the House and Senate.
The legislation aims to increase housing supply and improve affordability by discouraging large institutional purchases of single-family homes, incentivizing local zoning reforms, expanding access to small-dollar mortgages, and modernizing financing for manufactured and modular housing.
While the measure represents a significant federal housing initiative, some analysts caution that its impact on California’s affordability crisis may be limited…

New Supra One Features Are Now Available
CCAR members now have access to upgraded features through Supra One, formerly BrokerBay. These enhancements are designed to give brokerages more control, better organization, and improved support for agents.
With the upgrade, brokerages can appoint administrators, manage users and teams, oversee showings and Supra lockboxes, send brokerage announcements, and access expanded administrative tools. The upgrade also includes centralized service and billing management, plus offer management features to help keep listing and showing agents informed throughout the process.
