eKEY FEATURES

CCAR provides key and lockbox service through Supra, a division of UTC Fire and Security. Supra Key, cradle and lockbox are supported in part by CCAR and UTCFS. If you have VOIP (Voice Over IP) connection you must use a USB cradle.

BROKERBAY eKEY INTEGRATION

You can now Access Supra® iBox lockboxes from within the BrokerBay Scheduling App, enabling a streamlined experience for you and your clients. By simply using your existing Supra eKEY PIN, showing agents can use the scheduling app to open the Supra lockbox, and listing agents can open the lockbox and release the shackle to place and remove lockboxes.

SUPRA TIPS & TRICKS

The Call Before Showing (CBS) code is an additional code that may be required to access a lockbox. It is used when the listing agent wants to be notified about a showing prior to the actual showing date and time.
