It’s time to talk about more than the basics, spend 45 mins with us to take your skills to the next level. We will start where you can access the large map and all its features. Be ready to see how to display, share and leverage these details including the school locations and zones and that’s just the beginning. Then it’s back to more ways to search for properties using Advanced Search and options including using a map to start your search, refine your search even customize the way your results are displayed. We will also make sure to include more ways to use your end user customizations.

Creating a CMA Your Way with the MLS Tax Suite
We will walk you through both our Auto CMA and Custom CMA options. No matter where you start, our CMAs will display both sales through your MLS and other transfers of ownership. This will put you in control, displaying and allowing you to consider location, property characteristics, and much more. We will wrap this class up with ways to leverage the Home Improvement Value Tool for a various number of home improvement projects and finish with more on end user customizations.
