DIRECTOR-AT-LARGE
(4 Open Positions)
VALERIE CROWELL
I am seeking re-election as a Director at Large, representing my Realtor community, for CCAR. I bring 48 years experience in the real estate industry. The first 32 was in the title insurance sector. The second 16 years as an agent. I am a Broker Associate and a third generation Realtor. I understand what we, as Realtors, bring to a real estate transaction and the value of a well trained, ethical agent. Our industry is under attack and it is vital to our survival that we communicate that value.
I have served on the MLS committee and prior to that on the Helping Hands committee. Currently I am the liason to the Local Government Relations. It’s imperative that our board supports its members growth and success. I serve in support of that purpose.
What makes the Realtor community unique is the contributions and value we all bring to the communities we serve. Currently, I serve on the Agent Leadership Council and faculty at Keller Williams East Bay, the Leadership Council of the Keller Williams Rainbow Network. I am the President of the Board of the Rainbow Community Center and a board member at Legacy Doberman Rescue.
MURREY KEHRLEIN
The passion of being a Realtor is all too consuming. Yet, it goes beyond just putting food on the table, for most of us it is a way of life. We are a community of professionals who advocate home ownership and private property rights. In an unprecedented time, answering the call of leadership to safeguard our values and way of doing business is vitally important.
I am running for CCAR’s Director-at-Large to contribute to the decisions and policies that affect how we operate our industry, so we can serve our clients and family at a higher level.
CCAR & CAR committees served
• MLS Technology Committee 2011 – Present (Chair mid 2017-2019)
• MLS Management Group 2015 – 2020
• CAR- Director Mentee: 2020-2021, Director 2022
My vision for CCAR’s future would be to provide its members with cutting edge technology products & services while maintaining fiscal responsibility to give agents the best tools available in the industry that will set us apart in our marketplace.
As an Association we are faced with an array of internal & external challenges. A vote for Murrey Kehrlein will further drive CCAR as the leading resource for our community and our members.
