The MLS Mirror is a complete replica of our MLS data maintained by CCAR. This dataset puts CCAR in a position to deliver our members with unparalleled services and tools. Perhaps most important will be our ability to mine this dataset for business intelligence, and have ELF - the Event Logic Framework deliver that information to you, when and where you need it.

The MLS Mirror is a relatively new development. We have only begun to tap its potential, in conjunction with ELF. But our members are already benefitting from the Mirror in powerful ways. Our new mobile portal leverages mirror data for our mobile stats application, HOT search, personalized listing history, and more. This same functionality is now available on our newly deployed member website. Our new cooliris galleries, StreetURL single property websites, consumer formatted listing pages and more are all leveraging data from the MLS Mirror.
